About Me
"Don't be pushed around by the fears in your mind. Be led by the dreams in your heart."
-Roy T. Bennett
Throughout my career I have worked for various psychiatric hospitals and outpatient facilities with clients aging 18-90, coping with every psychological issue from chronic psychosis to adjustment disorders.
My professional goal has always been to establish a private practice. Now, with the advent of Telehealth, I'm pleased to be able to offer a hybrid model of care in which my clients will be able to get the best of both worlds; the convenience of virtual sessions with the possibility of adjunct in person meetings if desired.
Growing up on the South Shore, this place and its closeness to the ocean are a huge part of who I am.I currently live in Plymouth Harbor with three Maine coon cats.
My interests include life long learning, DIY of all kinds, advocacy, gardening, reading, history, comparative religion, cosmology, research, writing, travel and any excuse to be near the ocean of course.
