A safe haven on your journey

Throughout my life people have said to me “I don’t know why I’m telling you this, you’re just so easy to talk to.” I saw meaning in this, and turned it into a dream and a career. It is an honor and a privilege to be a part of your journey, and I’m grateful for each day I am able to devote to what I love, helping others. 

In my practice I start from a humanistic approach; unconditional positive regard.  From my perspective that means believing others have boundless potential; if they can find and embrace tools, opportunities, and most of all their own best selves throughout the many phases of life, through the storms and out the other side with grace.
